Probiotic Bloody Mary


1 cup kvass (reserved brine from Fermentata™ Raw Cultured Diced Onions)

3 oz. good quality vodka

2T tomato paste

1 T Bubbie's or other good quality horseradish

1/4 t cayenne pepper

1/4 t celery salt


Mix tomato paste with 3 T of Kvass to reconstitute, then shake all ingredients with ice and pour into an ice filled, salt-rimmed glasses. Garnish with at least one of the following irresistible choices; fresh celery stalk, crispy bacon spear, artisan stuffed olives, fermented pickle or green bean spear, fresh grinds black pepper, or a juicy lemon wedge.
