⅔ cup Gills’ diced celery and onion blend
3 cups cooked chicken, chopped
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ tsp salt and pepper
⅓ cup finely chopped pecans
⅓ cup dried sweet cherries (optional)
Combine all ingredients in large bowl and stir until thoroughly mixed.
Serve on sandwich bread, crackers, tortillas or pita bread alongside a fresh fruit salad for a light and delicious warm weather meal.
