1 ½ cups Gills’ sliced red onions
¼ cup fresh lime juice
1 jalapeno, diced
2 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp dried oregano
½ tsp salt
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Cover and let stand 1 to 3 hours. This can be made 2 days ahead.
- Store in your refrigerator in a covered bowl or Mason Jar.
