Each onion is cleaned through an HACCP-approved cleaning regimen and consistently diced in our state-of-the-art fresh-cut onion processing plant. We then pickle the onions with an all-natural solution of five simple ingredients — water, citric acid, sugar, salt, and natural flavors.
At Gills Onions, we never use artificial ingredients or synthetic chemicals, and like all our products, Gills Diced Pickled Onions are Kosher certified and Gluten-free. Finally, we package our onions using BPA- and DEHA-free materials.
